Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The short version

• Full Report ($10): 14-day money-back guarantee. Full refund, no questions asked.
• Radar: planned, not yet available — there is nothing to buy, bill, or cancel yet.

That is the whole policy. The rest of this page is the same thing, spelled out.

2. Full Report — $10, one-time

If it doesn't tell you something you didn't already know — full refund, no questions.

The Full Report is a digital product. After checkout, it's generated and appears on-screen in your account, normally within 15 minutes. We also email you a link when it's ready — for your privacy, that email carries no report content; open the report itself from your account.

To claim: within 14 days of purchase, email hello@selor.work from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund". That's it. No form, no call, no explanation required.

We process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. It typically appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. SELOR Radar (planned)

Radar is not available yet, so there is no subscription to buy, bill, or cancel. When Radar launches, its subscription, billing and cancellation terms — including any first-charge refund window — will be published here, and you will see them before you are ever charged.

4. Failed or duplicate charges

If a charge fails, duplicates, or looks wrong, email hello@selor.work and we fix it within 1 business day. Stripe receipts are the record — every charge we make has one, and we reconcile against them, not against memory.

5. Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve refund requests in 1 business day; a chargeback typically takes your bank weeks, and it freezes the money while it runs.

If we owe you money, you don't need a dispute to get it — you need one email.

6. How refunds are returned

All refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Once we issue it, the money typically lands in 5–10 business days — the exact timing depends on your bank, not on us.
